WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

Yesterday...
My house downstairs got 2 lift side by side 1...
I press the lift door...
The lift come liao...
I go inside...
I press the storey button...
I press the close button...
The door won't close...
I go outside...
I saw 1 auntie pressing the door...
The auntie look at me...
Then follow me in the lift...
She said "Thank you, thank you."
She press her storey...
But the lift door still won't close...
I walk out and took the other lift...
I pressed the storey button...
The lift door closed...
I wanted to call the auntie but I can't be bothered...
Left the auntie there...
Now I feel bad...
WTF?! IS WRONG WITH ME?! -

Its not only that...
The other day, there was student collecting donations, came to pester me for abit. I covered my ears and walked away. It was not because I didn't want to donate, didn't have the money, its because just like that guy above said... too shy to express out...
And also there was once... now this incident really made me feel bad...
I was out with a few of my friends... then an old lady on wheelchair approached one of my friends. I could clearly see that she didn't have her legs anymore. She asked my friend for help to push her to the nearby MRT station, my friend said he was busy. Then the old lady started saying "I would have do it myself if I could..." I could clearly see she almost cried... I stood by the side... I wanted to help... but I didn't... I was again... too shy to express out...
I really don't know what is wrong with me... I've always been hiding behind my mother even up till now...
I even need my mother to accompany me for a haircut or consult the doctor, I just don't have the courage to do it alone... I don't even dare buy food from food stalls...
