Watched the show. Anyone knows what is the political backdrop of the show? i meant the rebel forces and NATO ect...

that disjointed show? where one min u're in the forest next min u're in open field next min u're in water? Totally horrible. No story line, no fluidity, nothing at all.

How can a heat-seeking missile be so agile and perform so many manouvers to track the F/A-18 Super Hornet and still accelerate and catch up with the plane before blowing the top of,and sort of firing a shotgun at the wing and detonate? i realli wonder...

in real life dunno need to waste how many surface to air missiles just to hit one plane.

and the ejection ah.. haha very few pilot can survive wif minimal internal injuries upon an ejection at mach 3... but in the beginning of the movie (first 15 min) i thought all was cool..

I know about the conflict in Yugoslavia. i guess i can remember now just that the show did not elaborate but jumped straight to the point assuming the viewers already know. Issue is that most people may already have forgotten about it ,current generation of youngsters will never realise the political satire
One thing is certain, though. As long as there is conflict in the world, there will be a Hollywood movie to glorify it -
Hollywood makes entertainment ... not history documentaries ... so don't expect too much ya .....
neways it was a pretty recent conflict ... operation allied force took place in 1995 ...
and yugoslavia disintegrated only in 1992 .... (After gulf war I .....) -
