as for me, i have never let my countrymen down. I have tatoo on it and it greets every1 passing by.
Give it a try... this is realli a culture shock... wat the hack, I try it to overcome my very shy nature... -

2) 20 to 28 yrs old ---------- depend , some muscular, some good shape
3) 30 to 35 ---- still ok.
4) 36 to 40 -------- pear shape, tree trunk shape...
