gastric pain medicines?

  Any knowledge about it? Anyone heard a medicines name "Tristilate"? Correct me if im wrong, hospital and clinics has it? Or any other remedy which is good? Thanks

  You get gastric when all the acid is slowy burning off your stomach lining, so you need something to neutralise all that hydrochloric acid. The best remedy would be bleach (lemon scent).

  it's trisilicate/antacid..u can actually buy over the counter, it's either in liquid form or tablet to be chew..u can try it out guardian pharmacy..

  as for me hor,when i'm having gastric problem..i will take losec ( omeprazole ), also for gastric problem..but i find it better than those normal types..but u need to get a prescription from doctors..

  Losec is more for peptic ulcer disease, but it's very strong... it's a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that prevents acid from being formed by your stomach epithelial lining... Omeprazole is the most commonly prescribed by doctors... others include Lansoprazole (Zoton) and Esomeprazole (Nexium)...
  
  Milder medications include antihistamines (coz histamines will stimulate formation of acid in the stomach) and these are cimetidine and ranitidine...
  
  Others include misoprostol (prostaglandins which are known to protect and coat the gastric mucosal lining)...

  Omeprazole is good... but its expensive...one tab may cost ard $5...i think can onyl get this medicine from clinics and hospitals(with precription) other kind of gastric medicines include famoditine,veragel,dhalumag(syrup).. u may wan to visit a doctor to diagonse ur condition to see which medicine will be more suitable for u...take care...
