those gals who dun have a cute face, wear till v cute (act cute)
or: gals in sch uniform and trying to act cute (jus makes my eyes roll)
folding e top (where e hooks are) of their skirts so that it looks shorter (so obvious tat its folded on purpose)
gals who wear make up so thick: *smile!* and u can see cracks appear on their faces -

we all have our own definition of ugly. heck , beyonce is ugly.(just an example.i find her hot actually)
well, maybe i should rephrase my word. people with ugly personality, with a bitchy attitude BUT try to act cute.. =D -
