Advice needed

There's currently 3 choices for further studies after my poly course so would like to hear people's opinion.
1st option is to go to local uni to study to get degree. Duration would most likely be 3 years. Sch fees i dunno
2nd option is to study in a university overseas. Sch fees would be like 60k per year.
3rd option would be staying in Singapore and study the degree offered by the same university for the overseas studies. Cost wise would be around 20k per year. Both the 2nd and 3rd option would allow me to grad with a degree with honours.
So which is better?

How's your financial situation? Will there be a lot of debt involved if you do go overseas?
As much as I hate to say this, the fees of local universities are indeed much cheaper than going overseas, of course, I'm factoring in costs like comparing expenditure needed locally and overseas.
Do you want to go overseas for the experience, or for the prestige in the degree? Think carefully about this.

if you can afford it, and you think you're emotionally strong enough, go for the 2nd option. it offers you more exposure as you're literally out of your comfort zone, so you have to learn to fend for yourself and be determined enough not to lose sight of your objective and get that degree.
else, i don't see much difference between options 1 and 3. it's just that you might pay more for the 3rd option, that's all.
sounds to me though, that the university in question for the 2nd and 3rd options is UNSW? -
Well, I will choose option 3. Receive quality education overseas at a lower price.
