Do the management at Ch U has a clear agenda on what they are doing... are the changes resulting in improvements?? I seriously dun see anything better on tv, jus lotsa losta lotsa of erratic changes to the timing of prog...
I hate to say this... but Ch U seems to be going downhill ever since it's under Mediacorp ... & Mediacorp own prog are also getting frm bad to worse...
Their 1st 100 epic drama Holland V was an accidental success.... despite the less than stellar cast & no priorexperiences (unlike TVB), the show was surprising good... i expect them to get better but the subsequent 100-epi drama like Double Happiness went downhill & now Tong Xin Yuan is like terrible...
Don't you know the usual trick.
Pretend, pretend put some crap shows in there. If any show get high ratings, then pull them out with other crappier shows.
Then, in the end, they will say due to low number of viewers, not profitable to maintain the channel and in the end, Ch U will be dropped, to further promote their "premium" channel 8.
In the process, you can also sack all those who are working for the Ch U side and you can save a lot of wages as well.
