Occasionally get this worms now and then.....when i child had it quite often..then my mummy will make me drink a syrup or medicine, dono what is it called....I now 25 sometime still get the worms again...

Those are pinworms. They're usually white and wiggly very tiny one. I used to have those as a kid and you can get a chewable table to get rid of them. I doubt sugar generates worms out of nowhere la. They're usually harmless but make your ass itchy like hell. If you dare to you can actually reverse a mirror up where the sun don't shine and see them wiggling on the anus. Pharmacies. I don't think it requires prescriptions though. You can ask for help. I'm not sure of the name of those things.
