Nothing much can be done... if it's pre-marital sex, it's more on how the kids are brought up... if it's marital but at an early age, sigh... the Chinese and Indians can use condoms to avoid having a child for family planning, but I doubt the Malay population are allowed in their religion to use such contraceptive methods... I think if we are less educated think we get married earlier and have kids faster cuz with less education there won't be time occupying task like climb up career ladder, kids future education, financial comfortability etc issues.
Less educated means just do lar got kids come out later then figure out how to feed. Simple mindset and it really works more kids are born!!!!!
So who to blame? Blame education lor why study so high until we think too much and do too little
