Any mistakes in pay matters during reservist training?

I'll be going for my virgin ICT soon, and I'm pretty worried about potential cock-ups in pay matters...
Has there been any instances of people having problems in getting proper remunerations after returning to work from reservist. -

i think HR shd know the procedures lah -
The HR will calculate your average of your previous 6 months pay and submit the claim form on your behalf. The MINDEF is always kay kiang and re-calculate it again. The end result is most likely you will short fall from tens to hundreds of dollars. Happens to me almost every year. First 2 years, I made my appeals to my HR and MINDEF. And you know what? Both sides claimed they were right. So, LL, I'm the one in wrong lor. Don't worry, you will get used to it. CORK UP is the motto of both HR and MINDEF.

Hi, thanks for all your feedback. Yah I suspected as much that sometimes there may be screw-ups.........
Now I'm really getting a bit worried.
I don't mind being called back for reservist (I believe I can handle the training), but my income is important as I am the sole breadwinner in the family and have bills to pay. If there is really a cork-up with my salary I'm really gonna be very ticked off as even 50 to a 100 dollars is important to me....
Every hard-earned dollar counts nowadays during such hard times.....
The army and our employers really should be more sensitive and mindful of the financial needs of our NSmen. Some of us, although single, have elderly parents to support and brothers and sisters who need to buy necessities for school.... -
got about $80 less, tell your OC or PC and hope he does something... I got that amount after OCT...
