A person shave head most likely got 2 reasons. Either he is going to be a monk or trying to signify that he is a skinhead.
I dunno abt others, but my school does not allow facial hair oso.. unless religious purposes. -
How about No 1 style?
No 1 is longer than skinhead but shorter than No 2 BMT recruit style. -
As long as got hair then i think no problem la.

But I recall last time my friends were challenging each other to go for skin head, and 10 of them did it... the next day another 3 followed, but the teachers did not say anything... they look kinda silly and funny...

In army you also cannot shave skinhead. One of my BMT platoon mates went to cut hair on his own during weekend, but he cut too short, look like skinhead, and kena scolded by the sergeants.
