any1 uses creative mp3 players?

  i haven plug my mp3 playa into my pc for veri long. then juz now i try they say usb port detected, but unrecognised software....maybe i deleted some file by accident
  
  i went to the creative website but i dunnoe which 1 to download..help plz

  i got that too, but it still shows up under Windows Explorer.
  
  didn't bother, all i did was transfer my files in then disconnect it.
