And..one last parting friendly reminder...We Malays are reknowned for our hospitality..but look up your Dictionary and look up the word AMOK. Don't let this word become an adjective..oh I forgot. We already did in '64.

for historical reasons , malays weren't the first in singapore.
There was a book on ancient ship voyages from China before Cheng Ho which travelled down South China Sea. Some of them settled here and marry the real indigenous people.
The malays came from Java / Borneo if i remember correctly.
It doesn't matter who came here first.
