Anti-Japanese in Korean Drama

Seriously sia.. I've seen alot.. like this one I'm watching.. a japanese girl goes to us, the korean guy pretend as a japanese and robbed her. i've saw name callings, and trashing japanese characters, etc.

the robbery part oni.. its Sorry, I Love You. others from other dramas la.. forgot le, name calling is from a martial arts drama, got japanese guests went to this inn to stay, den the owner refused to serve them, called em names and chased em out.

they are also not the only types of dramas with such sentiments. if u were to watch bruce lee's movie, most of his opponants were japs. worse, it's a chinese movie.
i would say it's hard to pass judgements la... that includes some of the american shows as well though..

Koreans, especially older ones have anti-japanese sentiments. Perhaps its the director's will...maybe cos director is from that generation.
Or, the drama is aimed at people from that generation. Something for them to identify with. -
