  You need to sleep more, rest your eyes and stop playing your computer games. You are straining your eye muscles too much. Relax in between sessions of computer games, and close your eyes, look at something distant, perhaps 20-30 meters away to allow your lens to adjust and not to strain it for short distance sights for a long period of time.
  
  Muscles are muscles no matter where they are, and they behave the same. I am sure you must have experienced twitching of your shoulders, chest, hands or even leg muscles before after stressing them too much.
