Well I dont rate ppl for their looks lar...
but this guy though average looking he got charming smile..
So he looks charming...like next door neighbourhood guy...
I am not biased to guy..but I just speak out the truth only... -

2. double eye lid operation
3. facial laser surgery
4. nasal reconstruction
5. new hairdo
6. better-looking clothes
7. eyebrow transplant
Even after the above process, I still think 0.1 is more than adequate. -

For every guy who gave him less than 6 (being the presentable mark set by the thread starter) I wonder how many points you would give yourself...
As for me, he's doesn't have the boy band looks obviously, but he has everything in the right places a nice smile ar. So at least a 6.
I'd like to think i'm a 6 too
