In July, the first NKF Cancer Fund Charity Show raised S$11 million.
The show itself cost some S$5 million.

well i think NKF did the right thing in giving the cancer funds to cancer society..... i think NKF in the 1st place should not have interfere into the area of cancer funds... this act caused great disadvantage in cancer society's tv donation events.... And also NKF stands for "national KIDNEY foundation" it should focus in kidney patients instead of venturing into cancer society's fund....

They shouldn't have got involve in cancer in the first place- duplicate the work & incur so much extra costs, diverting all the money away from Cancer Society + other charitable organisations.
They are only greedy for more funds & not interested in patients welfare. -
I suspect the audit report may highlight that more money had gone to the running of NKF and the staff than to the patients.
Hence, the warning to staff about another potential backlash from the public once the report is out. -
hopefully it is not about the alleged rolex watch, overseas trips, high salaries etc.
