If Im not wrong, I used to read that if u eat too much, u will have negative effects, but not in moderate amount. And if Im not wrong, it's difficult to exceed moderate amount unless you really put lots of it everyday.
Why not u use more wholesome ingredients bah.....like olive oil, mushroom juice, it will all be nice too. Try cooking without any salt or ketchup or MSG. It will train u to taste even the rice and the water. Best if u steam ur food too. -
