all my colleagues say i getting bigger sized...heh...
train hard, drink ur whey daily and sleep well...too bad i get the most 7 hrs a sleep cos i wake up at 5.30am...and i reach home ard 7+...so the earliest i can turn in is at 10pm....
come december i will go full steam...then 2006's 1st 4 mths will slack abit then when May comes i will go full-steam for 12 whooping weeks...
tell urself, its worth it...must do...how much sweat and pain are u gonna shed to get the body u want ?
to me its a place to make frens too....most of them are nice guys...MOST...some are egoists so stay away from them... -

Guys,the people in america jail don't take supplements at all but yet they are ripped or at least lean. It's because they work out constantly and have their meals regularly.
Supplements do provide some form of assistance but remember one iron rule of the game.
