my friends used to call playing pool 'physics tuition'..
seriously, it's an international competitive sport where students can represent their school or even the country and do themselves proud.
but the problem is, where is it going to be set up? does the school have the space for say, 10 pool tables? -

Collect money.
Money goes to sch or charity. -

Most important is the club do not benefit the students, for traditional principal it diffcult. But if can get newspaper/press coverage than for innovative principal may be a hit. Can try asking physics teacher coz can use pool table to teach physics. -
