you get to have half time and full time team talks, new training system, more media interaction. Gameplay speed has also improved greatly.
those are the more major things that changed. -
And also the database is much much larger. And now if you look at the players profile, you get to see their real life faces.

i mean seriously a lot of weird transfers with paltry transfer fees occured in fifa manager 06...i mean...if u go and play the game u can actually buy henry for like around 20 million and nesta for around 12-14 million...i bought buffon for 15 million too...
