  Singaporean Indians and those foreign worker? I find it hard to see the difference anymore unless the singaporean indian is fat or wear branded clothes....
  
  No offences but i think its okay ba...since they cant differentiate us from chinese from China anyway. A chinese is a Chinese. An Indian is an Indian?

  chinese can tell from the way they speak mandarin. china mandarin and singapore mandarin the accent different.
