mozilla (actually "mozilla suite") has email, irc, newsgroup and web browser. it is like early days netscape communicator in terms of functions.

What about if the admin to find the hacker (the id=Lazylordz) 's ip address, and then set the forum as "HTTP 403 FORBIDDEN" to that particular hacker (and the hacker's ip address), so that the hacker can never come in again for more?
I hope this would work, though. -
AFAICT, he connects to the Internet through a shared proxy server of a Singapore ISP, so his IP address is NOT unique - it is shared with all (or many) other users of the ISP.
