  depends on wat kind of e commerce website u wanna set up. with credit cards transaction? E nets transaction? or just normal payment transaction?

  just normal transactions for starters..
  
  eg. selling my items, with the buy function so customers can click to buy. No need to incorporate credit card payments yet....at most PayPal for international customers...
  
  any suggestions of sites doing it?

  i would suggest investing in your own domain and hosting and a design company to help u do the layout and forms.....
  that is, if you have a good catalogue......

  payment options can be internet fund transfer, paypal, e-nets, COD, cheque......

  meaning you link to (for example) paypal website .. the customer will input their credit card info in there.
  
  There is E-Nets too .. but damn expensive.
