how do those small ginas get hold of ciggies?

i saw a guy sitting on some curb at parkway parade waitin for his fren and he has 2 packs of ciggies beside him. he was puffing away. thing is, he looks real young... i would say he is like 13-14 yrs old. w/ this kinda face how he gets his cigs?.. i notice now got a lot of si ginas and those act bengs who love to smoke ALOT and mostly are very young ppl.
i m a smoker myself but i dont smoke A LOT. only sometimes cos i know it harms our body. i pity those ppl.. at such a young age started smoking... i predict their lives will be miserable when they reach middleage. some will die early. -
They can get from their older ah beng friends.

its a self-image thing...
they want to 'look' like an adult...
its the same for alot of things...
underage smoking...
underage clubbing...
underage drinking...
underage sex...
kids do all these because they want to act like they have grown up... -
