A weird experience

This was told by my aunty:
Today she went to work, after she alighted from the bus she went to Delifrance to buy something. After that she and her friend was travelling the escalator, she saw a man clung onto the handrail. Suddenly the man lost balance and fall over the handrail and "BOMP" onto the christmas tree!(Luckily was 1/3 of the escalator) Then my aunty and her friend was shocked! They quickly went down to help the man. At there a man passed by and saw that, he quickly do massages for him all around the body mind and so on........ The man was unconscious. Then a woman ask my aunty what is the no. to call the ambulance. She said whether it was 999 a not but my aunty said no. Then she told her she think it was 911 But seems she never called. A sercurity guard came to help also.
After that the man regained consciousness and thanked everyone and just went off! -

Is your aunty a foreigner? Or is the lady who asked her wad is the ambulance number a foreigner? I find it frightening that a person who lives here dunnno wad is the emergency hotline.

mabe the guy went to call 995 himself after seeing ur aunty and the lady discussing which number to call...

Or maybe the man forgot the emergency number and faked this whole incident to get the number...
