i've a question about cybers in singapore

  Hi , When I was in Italy this summer I used cybercafes a lot, and some asked for a copy of my passport before they would let me log on, quoting an Italian law that required them to identify customers.

  never heard of. but its probably because most cybercafes need some kind of identification so you can't run away. i guess since you wont have an italian IC they ask for your passport.

  not that i heard of
  but some will hold ur IC while u play
