though it can also present atypically as in sleeping a lot...
the body needs to recuperate after a whole day of physical, mental and emotional trauma, sleep has still been a debate, of why humans need them, but suffice to say, it's the time when our activities are at our lowest and the body takes this chance to repair any damage inflicted...
