my gosh ... food posioning that is farking suffering .... i tio before .... vomit , and sh|T Non stop .... untill kena put on drip by Mo and stayed a day in sick bay .....

Listen everybody:
Usually year endings, between October to December, be EXTRA careful with food you eat outside of your home. Food Poisoning has this uncanny habit of happening during this 3 last months of the year. My wife kenna last year in December - walao, whole night I worried over her until morning - i didn't sleep at all.
OK, if you eat out, stay away from semi-cooked food, especially cockles (si-hum), rojak, or indian rojak. To be safe, eat soupy dishes; Kway Tiow Soup, Mee Soup, anything that is thoroughly cooked. Watch out if you order Chicken Rice after 12pm because it will have been hanging there since it was prepared in morning.
At home, cover all cooked food on your dining table. Keep all perishable food cooked or uncooked in fridge. Don't defrost and refreeze meats, keep eggs in fridge, eggs should not be kept too long - such as one month! Keep in fridge if you wanna keep eggs one month or more.
Food Poisening is the worst thing to get, and it can take up to 2 weeks to fully recover from it! But it's a sure way to lose weight! -
