Power Puff Girls! The Plot at least sometimes amusing.
And unlike PowerRangers or Masked Rider, the day isn't always saved, thanks to the heroes!
Ultraman always predicable plot too:
Monster Wreak Havoc Jap Teen guy takes out necklace/watch/lolipop-like stick and transform into Ultraman Ultraman jumps into the scene and challenge the monster the 2 of them brawl and destroy more buildings in the process Ultraman kana knocked down many times, but he die die dowan use special power, must defeat the monster with his Kung Fu only Ultraman's power indicator turns red- WARNING! Low Power!!!! Ultraman decides not to play liao, and does a couter attack at the monster While the monster stands still and roar in anger, Ultraman crosses his arm and uses his Hyper Beam Attack Monster absorbs the Hyper Beam...roars... den vapourizes Ultraman Looks at the sky, raises his arms, shouts "SHA!!!!" and flies off into space The city is saved and the Teen who is actually Ultraman appears and acts blur about the whole incident!

1 ) The Storyline, not the storyline of each episode... the the darker and deeper plot that lies behind... for example for Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger ( Power Rangers: Dino Thunder ), the main villian wants to bring the world back to prehistoric times...
2 ) The babes... need me to say more?
3 ) The mecha and upgrades... The zords, the different combination, the weapons... the suit upgrades... the Ultraman aeroplanes... -
I think the GUTS ( that's the Counter Alien Army in Ultraman Tiga) shouldn't even bother sending out their Planes n Tanks which get destroyed by a mere sweep of the monster's tail/ hands. Besides, the monster seems immune to anything the vehicles throw at it. Should just leave the job to Ultraman!

Not oni... GUTS... most of them are useless... but... THOSE military machines are what are making Ultraman merchanise live...
