most popular neighbourhood shopping centre

so where do you do is the most popular?
i think bishan is improving year after year especially after the circle line is up.
but the rest of shopping centre doesnt seem to be up grading -
tampines is still as crowded as ever......

tiong bahru plaza alot of ppl

tiong bahru is nearer to the city compare to other shopping centers they mentioned.
i think causeway pt is far enuff from the city yet crowded.
