Is 'china man' an insult or bad word to use...?

can aniyaseo answer me a question.
why everytime i chat with ppl from china , they alway seen to complain how disappointed singapore are( from my exp, no one yet have good word for singapore), but when come to being a PR or citizen , at least half of them will rise their hand. -

Here's a recent real life account:
My aunt who lives in Serangoon area, happened to make the cordial acquaintance of two China-nese (male and female) even though she knew about China-nese's character traits and stories abound about them.
One day, my aunt's local friend who deals in fresh veges gave her an entire basket of fresh veges because there was surpluses in stock, she called the two China-nese over to her place so that she can give about half a basket to them because there was simply too much veges. And this is what they say after my aunt pass them plastic bags of FREE fresh veges:
Translated from Mandarin to English:
"You give me FREE?? Sure? Ok! Wah, no need pay, still have plastic bags! hahahahah "
Can you see how damn rude they are? What do they expect, since it's free the veges should be thrown at them or to the ground for them to pick them up?
Where the hell did those two words "Thank you" go to? -
