Don't eat too much before a lesson.
Read something interesting before you go to class. That interesting article will remain in your head until the next day. So you will be alert throughout the class lesson.
You can eat sweets, sour things like coca cola sweet or sour power to keep you alert.
If nothing works, ask someone to slap you whenever you start to daydream. This is a sure-to-work method. If this cannot work, be the teacher and teach your class. The anxiety is enough to keep you awake. -

one thing i find out from most chiobu friends in poly, there will be tendency ah bengs disturb them by pulling their hair during lecture.

I remember my friend also anihow pull their hair... next time I oso want to try... I quite gd terms with 1... too bad they got BF... and I dun fancy them... maybe if they dun hav BF...I can force myself to fancy them.. -

i really understand how you feel, because my brother has the same problem not long ago... I know its really hard to pay attention to lectures after so many yrs.
What i recommend is always one sentence, that is "Pay 100% Attention By Putting yourself 100% Participated!"
i.e maybe ask question whenever you dun understand. Dun need to be paiseh (Shy) or whatever becoz everyone in the clz is there to learn.
Whenever the lecturer say something like "do you understand", you could juz nod your head to make sure your always participating~
Hmm... what else... well i can bring it up everything juz likdat, but what i know is juz try to keep yourself participated in the lecture!
