I am not sad for not getting the result of interview.. I would like to know only. Why was i unrecommend after the interview not rejected okay

many ppl also in the same position as u, just they dun go about announcing it.....

but perhaps becos of something u said during the interview or other factors like reason of leaving previous organisations, or ur referees din give a good feedback of u or u din pass that aptitude test that the panel decided u are "not recommended" instead of rejected -
Interview is of cuz about luck and a little politik as well. The interviewer maybe wanting to recruit someone under his/her wings with similar thinking and aim so later can gel as a team to compete against other team in the company
OR
You just do not match fit with the job requirements
OR
You are just too expensive to hire
OR
You are too ambitious and competent then the interviewer scared let you in you will later kick him/her out of his current position
OR
You are too idealistic and have own set of thinkings that interviewer scared let you in you will twist the company working culture to some bizarre way that the interviewer cannot adapt to and later gotta go
Etc etc etc.... welcome to the sick peverted working world where everyone struggle and scheme for their rice bowl

But job finding is an art and science. I am looking for a new job as well. So I know its hard but rejections will always occur. So the trick is not to give up. -
