hi, does anyone know if the starhub customer care(the phone number is 1633) operates 24 hours per day? if not, then roughly what is the operating hours?

KNN! i politely ask them 2 times already via online feedback form and also filled in the sales form. no reply after weeks.
1st class service right? must be lah. -

no lah, they got send me letter, but i choose not to re-contract at that time, because i want to wait until got big-big-mega sign-up bonus like X-Box before i re-contract.

i called 1633 recently... their operators start 8am to 9pm wor... not 24 hrs one...
and, during the call, they say to enjoy the year end bonus for re contract, u can visit their website... -
