  Wanna con't sign up for my Scv internet for another 2yrs to get the Compaq laptop. Can anyone tell me worth it or not?

  I dun want to cancel my scv internet connection leh
  think got to extend 2yrs dan pay $299 for the laptop.
  
  As for Singnet the laptop is Thinkpad leh think much better rite?

  dun sign up bcos of the notebook
  the specs of the notebook is not worth it
  and u are bound with 2 yrs contract.....

  71.82 x 24 = 1723.68 + $299.00(Laptop)
  
  Singnet - 36months contract - R50e
  
  88 x 36 = 3168 + 42.00(registration) + free laptop + email account and blah blah.

  Not unless you need the laptop badly because you are always on the move. For home using only, I recommend PC instead.
  
  If you really want a laptop, do note that you can get a far more better one by paying a bit more when you purchase outside.
  
  Anyway, I recontracted with singnet for the PC.

  I noted something... 2 years contract for a laptop. Since 2 years is the minimum contractual period for any internet service at the present moment, I think you should recontract. Unless you have something else to offer.
