Death Sentence in Singapore...facts and rumors

Some Facts: The night before prisoners are to be taken to be executed, prisoner may make request for special last meal in which officers would specially go out to buy for him.
Execution take place on friday at exactly 6.00am, reason for this I dun noe..
Unconfirmed rumors
Some time before the scheduled execution on the last night, prisoner would be given some sort of tranquilzer so when being hanged he would not be able to resist or struggle
The veins at the foot (not sure what is it called ) would be cut to drain blood? or disable him??
Can somebody add on or vertified those facts? Btw are death row prisoners are kept alone being seperated by other prisoners of non-capital offense? -
this sounds barbaric and like the WW2 holocaust!

i am for the death sentence. it's the greatest deterrent i can think of.. imagine u're trafficking drugs.. and u know u risk getting the death sentence.. which would mean the end of your life, the end of ur r/s wiv ur loved ones.. knowing this, i wudnt do drugs man!
but for life imprisonment, u live alone.. till the day you die.. altho' it can be traumatic, the end of life is still more deterring. -

So I think the cutting of veins to drain blood is irrelevant.
Death row prisoners are indeed kept alone and are separated from other prisoners of non-capital offenses. -
So the executioner work 1 day out of 5

Not for or against, but in this case, a prisoner transfer might have been a way. Resource usage wise, if the other party was so against the death penalty, why not have an agreement where the convict is given a life sentence to be served at their prison facility without chance for parole. This prevents any possibility of the individual going free after leaving the country.
*Note: Its a idea, not sure if its feasible. -
The trafficer was allowed to have contact/hug his mother the day before he was hanged right? One of my Aussie friend said it wasn't allowed, but I somehow recalled that the govt did allow at the end

its like for me to have to live as a guy for the rest of my life or to end it. too traumatic, horrible, and awful to have to live as a guy. pointless too.
i'd rather end it and spare myself the suffering. nothing to live for anyway if i cant be a girl. -

dam sian 1 leh. u know u tml must die. want run also cannot. this kind of feeling is very sad and emotional. its a pain for your family friends and yourself. but of coz before u die u must reflect wat u done on your life. never regret after dying
