Or it may be due to your liver problem... Get a liver function test to see what's the underlying cause..

oh wait...gynaecomastia...lol.
well its caused due to some males having a higher amount of female hormones (estrogen) in them, therefore they develop boobs. you balance the hormone levels and they should go away.
or if you wait too long, you probably have to go for surgery. -
