Bad service from printshop @ Cineleisure!

  I was with a bunch of friend over at cineleisure, about a month ago. Halloween... We went into a photo machine, put our coins in... About to pose, suddenly the girl in the shop off the machine and say, "We are closed ! I refund you the money.!"
  
  I was like , "WTH!?"
  
  But, what can we consumers say ?
  
  They wanted to close, but we were still in the process of taking our photos ? I would have had better service in HK and elsewhere.
  
  To think that the goverment is coming up with all this "Good service" campaign and stuff.
  
  Imagine, if I was a tourist, last day of my trip, want 2 tk phot with my friends. Then, the staff in the shop off the machine and say, "close shop. off machine" What would I think of Singapore's service ???

  its only a $1 deal, so they might as well switch off the electricity earlier mahz.
  
  by doing that, they already saved $1 of electricity to compensate~!!

  firstly you are obviously not a tourist.
