Why that Indian shop in SLS so bloody xialan

actualy assemble, upgrade and configure all my computers.
My experience in SLS indians shops are disappointing. They are cheaper, but a lot of risk. Some of them tends to recycle faulty products back to you with cheaper price.. suck you in.. and refer you back to the principle supplier when you go back to them. Despicable practise. That's how some so them push up sales. I don't mean all. But many of them. The trouble of installing and going back there to exchange is such a husltle.
When I approach them and they give my airs, I will just simply walk away. Chinese do give better service and sound advice. Just afew dollars difference, why should put up with the attitude.. they are not even $10 difference max.
Some Indian shops do give ample service, if they are not too busy. I know two that I always go back. But I do buy majority of my componenets from chinese. For the service and advice.

I think this whole stereotyping of bad service from shops run by indians is just racist.
I think there are equally sucky service shops that are run by Chinese or even Malays.
Its just that maybe there are more Indian shops that tend to be BUSIER with customers. Surely there must be a reason they are busy. Good Service? Cheaper products?
So basically i think this thread is racist. -

SLS if you dare to talk firmly, they won't dare mess with you one. when I'm makin purchases there,unless from people I know, I never smile and I stare hard. Very simple,bochup is indian or chinese also same.

A lot of people will take offence at that.
The only shop run by indians that i frequent is Best Bargain. But i admit the after sales service is bad. Only the prices are good. -
Its not that easy to give great after sales service at SLS.
Ive seen people going into shops bringing the floppy drives that they bought saying that it cant read floppies blah blah. The guy even told the salesperson that "you as a retailer should check all your floppy drives to be in working condition".
I mean.. Come on! if you were the sales person what would be your toughts? -

My thots will be come on lah... we sell things we also take goods from our suppliers one how we know the hardware faulty rite? U mean we must open up every box of every item to test if it work correctly before sell to you meh? What if customer see the seal broken then accuse us switch the hardware inside with some fake one correct or not? Of cuz we can seal them back lah but then that will be cheating already leh.
We are just selling products like those pasar malam same concept. We are there to earn money not there to troubleshoot for you lah. Wan us troubleshoot can lor pay money lor. No money no talk lah

I heard this from ppl. Most of the Indian shops owners in SLS, they are usually Indians from India and they are not really interested in the locals because they are front for carrier exports to India to escape their heavy import tax.
You can say bussinessmen who knows how to exploit their own laws to make money..... -

Once, I went to SLS on a slow Monday, met a shop owner from India. He tried to sell me a thumb drive at an incredible price about 50% above the other local shops. I told him nicely about this diff. He was in a friendly mood and I chatted with him.
It seems to me their bussiness model is diff from the local. The local will only hold enough stock to prevent obsolency. But they purchase in big bulk (for export). So when they met with export problems or stock obsolency, they run into problem. Otherwise, they canl make tons of profits exporting to India.
