if not u can go kallang there, dragonboat teams train there every saturdays....u can ask if they got amateur DB course or not

there are many differrent teams that are available . just do a search on the internet for the teams . U can check with your company if they have a dragonboat team as there are quite a few corporate teams .
If not , there are other teams like the Singapore Paddles Club , Safra , Safsa . For a more leisure based teams , i would recommend expat teams as they are usually in more for the fun of it . Santa Fe and Austcham would be a good start to enter into this sport.
However , beforewarned that u will have to be prepared to sacrifice a lot of your time as training can be up to 5,6 times a week before a big competition.

ahaha u can do both . A part of dragonboat training also includes weight training and gym. No need to worry abt strenght training , after 1 year , your pullups would probably be in the range of 20- 30 .
