  About the usage of the upper-case for the word after the end of a sentence is not grammar, it is punctuation.

  cold cold here now.. knn some dunno simi lanjiao wind blowing now.. so about 18degree nia... going down to 11degree on tue... knn... up and down fast fast one.. very easy to get sick.. sighz...
