  Nope...I disagree...if tt fella is a drug trafficker, he bring in how much drugs, we will feed them the amount of drugs they bring in. Then let him feel high and die high. That way, we won't be blamed by international media for causing executing anyone, but we can say that we are just educating the person on the negative effects of drugs,but we did not realise that he has such low resistance.
