NKF - Where is Durai?

I had read a lot on the "findings" in NKF. There is the recent relevant of the 6mil write-off. Contract with companies owned by directors with non-performance of such contracts.
A minister also gave NKF a "F" for corporate governance.
So what is going to happen to Durai. By being paid 600k a year. he better got some answering to do. Is he going to say that he has no knowledge of all these issues. Then get paid so much for what? -

Investigations here and there. But in the end NOTHING will be done. Serious.
The whole takeover thing was done for a whole different reason.
