What would you do during a mugging?

1)Run away
2)resist
3)Write down other solutions
i would do 1) and 2) -
i will use my boomer SS and pwn them asses and say n00bs or otherwise kill them with my special dagger i conceal behind my back poket all the time. i am a pro ninja and i move very fast. arabs are ajile! =]

When a gun is used in a mugging, very important thing to remember; Your life, more important than your money and belongings. Give whatever you have and avoid looking at mugger's face.
If he wants to take your life and you know it, take his 1st before he could take yours - in whatever way you can. But if you're in a position that you can't assess your chances, pretend to be frightened and say you have more to give somewhere else, give yourself chance of escape or change your position.
It's very subjective.
Usually in a scenario this critical, it's the "life and death" mode we'll be in. So, you need to focus on disabling the threat or getting away from it any way you can. -

I was mugged once.. by a malay fella with a knife to my ribs in newton.
Believe me when I tell you.. that you wouldn't think of any heroic actions.
I would even gladly... offer my butt to him ... if it came to that.. -
Depends on the size of the knife and whether the fellow looks like a dumb piece of meat.
If I had a robber in my room, he will be a victim to my metal-core baseball bat. -
It was a survival knife, with plenty of edges, at least a 6" blade. And that guy has a mean, mean drug addict look, and very well built.
