  how to take out a screw when the nut is always spinning when u turn the screw ? ((the nut is inside the wall(((can't hold on to nut then turn the screw))))

  Solutions:
  
  1). Apply some instant superglue/Cynoacrylate glue to the nut so that it do not move, then when glue dries off, unscrew the bolt.
  
  2). Saw off the bolt then extract the bolt out using a gripper.

  Since the nut is already spinning inside the wall, you can just pull out both the nut and the screw right? If not the super glue idea is your next best move

  the 2ND solution may be enhanced let's say if you cannot extract out the bolt, then have to DRILL through the "sawed" section of the bolt.
  
  i.e. saw then drill though the saw section.

  Make a cross of where you want
  Then aim!
  use a drill(those construction works that drill the road 1)
  Drill down the cross!!!

  Use pliers, if not u'll develop very storng forearms if u continue screwing
