  i think the latest batch knew that the girls were underage but still forced them to commit the act, whereas the girl in the earlier case did not reveal her true age

  law applies differently according to occupations. now, there are 3 different entities.

  worst is when 30 yrs old screw a 13yrs old it's CONFIRMED the guy con the gal... cannot be love or the gal seduce him.... but when a 17yrs old do it... it's love so not so bad... less jail, less fine... less cane....
