A Chinese character tattooed on his neck which translates to ghost in english, he is probably about 5 foot tall.11-12 years old, what is he trying to prove?and who is the imbecile tattoo artist that willing did this for him.I am not surprised if that small boy was crying on the chair as the tattoo was being scribed on hs neck, yea sure how intimidating.When you land in hot soup you call your "gang members"
