A violent trend which advocates assualt on people randomly and taking footage/photos using electronic gadgets,common in Britain..
Real example:
A sleeping man at the subway was set on fire by two men
This Singaporean Indian in Britain was assualted by youths because he claimed that he did not have a lighter for their smokes.
