  You will learn some real stuff. It is called Ethical because you have to sign an agreement that you will not make use of the knowledge to hack other people's computers.
  
  Once you void that agreement, it will be deem as you have the taken the course and the certification will be withdrawn. And you will be in the blacklist.

  yup. The first few lessons will be spent teaching you about the dos and don'ts of hacking. Its very important to undergo this part of the training so that you will know whats in store for you if you use it for illegal purposes

  most people learn it to learn how to prevent being hacked and learning to setup anti-hacking measures. For protecting secretive documents in huge enterprises and goverment agencies I suppose...

  You don't take 5 days to learn the real stuff...If you have done PT or EH before. You will understand what I meant.
  Most of the course syllabus are on surface level.
